Matrix 金群利 红股计划开始

相信大家都知道之前我有参与今年的第三次投机吧，没错就是这只MATRIX金群利了，当时是由于收到公司即将派发红股的消息，而市场还没开始消化到这个消息，我就赶紧买进，现在终于等到他的

红股计划出炉了，详情如下

Remarks : The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of up to 152,881,520 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing MCHB Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders on the Entitlement Date. The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued will be dependent on the issued and paid-up share capital of MCHB on the Entitlement Date, taking into account any exercise (as the case may be) of MCHB’s existing Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) options granted under the ESOS of MCHB. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 21 July 2014 being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date. MCHB’s Share Registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the Entitled Shareholders not later than four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 2 July 2014.

根据上面这份报道，只要在16号之前买入（注意：是之前，16号当天买入不行的哦），就符合享受这份2股送一股的Bonus Issue哦，而那些免费的股份呢，将在21号那天，出现在咱们的股票户口里面，可以随意买卖~。~

不过根据过往经验，千万别卖，因为通常红股后，由于价格调整了，对HOR，我好像还没解释这个红股的过程。打个比如，如果EXDATE前股价是Rm4.50,那么EXDATE当天价格就会调整，计算方法如下：
Rm4.5x2÷3=Rm3
那么不是意味着亏本了？赶紧卖出啊！！！！！=。=
说笑罢了，别那么认真，比如你拥有2000股，RM4.5，那么你资本共9000。
Exdate过后，虽然红股还没进账，但是你是拥有了附送的1000股了，只不过需要等多3天才过户，那么意味着你有3000股RM3的股份，其实你的资本也是一样，明白了吧~。~

接下来继续分析，就是千万别卖，怎么说？因为公司送了红股，那么他的股价调整低了，而且流通量高了，那么意味着更多投资者可以Affortable这个公司，因为股价低了，那么意味着股价有进一步上升的空间，而且适逢8月估计公司又有股息派了，而多了一半的股份，不懂股息会不会收多呢？这个就要看公司的决定了，目前来说我心中的合理价为RM5.2，至于分拆后也值得RM3.46，所以大家抓稳自己的股份等看戏吧~。~，而我自己嘛，已经赚到两台手机钱了，接下来就等他继续发酵，因为我还要赚多两张香港旅游配套呢，大家一起发吧~、~
